Day laborer killed in Moulvibazar

The body of a day laborer named Usman Mia (53) has been recovered in Kulaura of Moulvibazar district.
The body was recovered from Valairma Punji of Karmadha Union of the upazila on Sunday afternoon. Usman Mia is a resident of Nunatila, a hilly village in Karmadh Union. The police believe that he was murdered.
OC of Kulaura police station Abdus Chalek confirmed the truth of the incident and told Moulvibazar24.com that people of the area saw the body lying between Valairma Punji and Amuli Punji of Karmadha Union of the upazila at noon and informed the police. There is no mobile phone network in that area. We got the news and recovered the body in the afternoon. It will be sent to Moulvibazar morgue for postmortem on Monday.
The OC also said that because of the injury marks, initially it seems to be a murder
