Special Correspondent: A young man named Sujit Pashi @ Suji Pashi (25) was arrested with 4 bottles of foreign liquor in a special operation of Kamalganj police station.

On Monday (April 10) at around 6:30 pm, Sujit Pashi was arrested in a raid conducted in Sarishabil area of ​​Cha Bagan in Champara under Kamalganj Police Station No. 09 Islampur Union along with the officer force of SI Pawarti Shekhar Das Sangeya of Kamalganj Police Station.

A raid was conducted at the residence of the arrested Sujit Pashi based on secret information. 4 bottles of Indian liquor called Master’s Blender’s Signature Premier Grain Whiskey were seized from under the bed of the arrested Sujit Pashi’s residence.

During preliminary interrogation, the arrested person admitted that he had brought the liquor bottles from the Indian border for sale. He is the son of deceased Jagannath Pashi of Sarishabil village of tea garden in Champara under Kamalganj police station.

A case under the Narcotics Control Act has been registered against the arrested person in the Kamalganj police station.
